Payment Options
For your convenience, we offer various Payment Plans for our classes:
- Pay per class.
- Pay for monthly unlimited classes, per month or in full for the term you select.
- In order to secure your reservation, all sessions must be paid for in full in advance.
- Students are not confirmed for any session UNTIL full payment is received.
No Drop In’s will be accepted for any class. ALL Classes require pre-registration and pre-payment.

In addition, should you wish to sign up for future classes, you remain obligated to pay any outstanding amounts from prior sessions and account balances.
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
ALL individuals attending any session MUST sign and complete, regardless if they are participating, the corporate registration and waiver form that is provided.
Sessions will not start until all individuals have completed the form.
Payments Accepted
- Payment methods accepted are Credit Card, Cash, Money Order, Personal or Certified Check.
- Please make all checks payable to Oh My You're Gorgeous. Please write your name and session date on the memo line of your check.
- There will be a $50 service fee on all returned checks.
- There will be a $75 service fee on any disputed credit card transaction.
Payments, expirations and class no shows or cancellations
- All payments are final, non-refundable or non-transferable.
- All membership agreements are fully binding, enforceble contracts.
- There are no refunds for guest who do not cancel previously scheduled classes 24 hours in advance.
Private Lessons
- Full non-refundable payment is required to book a Private Lesson.
- 72-hours advance notice is required to reschedule your Private Lesson otherwise you will be charged for your appointment. No Exceptions.
- A private lesson does not assure a private room.
- We will do everything we can to guarantee all specific Instructor and consultant requests, however there are times where scheduling will not permit.
Private Parties - In Home and In studio
- Full non-refundable payment is required to book a Private Party.
- 7 business days advance notice is required to reschedule your Private Party, otherwise your session fee will be forfeited and you will not be entitled to a refund.
- Any and all rescheduling will be at the sole discretion of Oh My You're Gorgeous and subject to availability.
- Due to high demand please try to make your reservations 2-3 weeks in advance however, we gladly work on short notice as well.
- If there are additional individuals participating in the session, other than specified in the original reservation, an additional fee may apply per person.
- We will do everything we can to guarantee all specific Instructor and consultant requests, however there are times where scheduling will not permit.
In Home Parties and Sessions Special Notice
- Sessions involving In Home Pole Work require that the hostess or individual booking the session provide accurate information as to ceiling height.
- If inaccurate information or measurements are provided, Oh My You're Gorgeous does not assume any responsibility if the session can not be performed.
- If Pole Work is requested and can not be performed due to inaccurate ceiling measurements or type, Oh My You're Gorgeous will provide strip tease and lap dancing or similar fitness techniques in lieu of the pole work. The entire session fee will still be incurred. No refunds will be provided.
- For in home sessions and parties we will arrive 30-45 minutes prior to the booking time to setup, etc.
- The area or room MUST be cleared and ready for us to setup when we arrive.
- If the area is not ready, time can and will be deducted from your booked session time.
Class Policy
- If you do not cancel, your missed class, online via your client account prior to the start of class, it will count as used even though you did not attend.
- •If you cancel your class online through your client account 24 hours prior to the start of your scheduled class you will be able to reschedule another class. This will NOT apply to monthly membership contracts.
- All Workshops are non-refundable, non-transferable and can not be shared.
- Make up Classes are not permitted unless dictated by the studio's management.
- Memberships can be cancelled with notice and can incur a termination fee.
- Memberships can not be transferred and can not be suspended for any reason except for medical rollover.
- At times classes will be cancelled due to weather and possible other circumstances. In the case of a cancelled class, all registered students will receive either a text or email message notify of the cancellation. Students are responsible for checking the schedule prior to arriving for classes. If the studio cancels a class, the class will not be deducted from the clients on line account, allowing the student to register for another class.
Wait List Policy
If a space becomes available in the full class, due to a sign out, all wait-listed students will receive an email notification and sign-ups will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis.
We will do everything we can to guarantee all specific Instructor and consultant requests, however there are times where scheduling will not permit. A qualified individual will perform all services requested. Oh My You're Gorgeous is NOT responsible for any injuries, losses or damages that may occur during your session. ALL individuals attending any session MUST sign and complete the corporate registration and waiver form that is provided. Sessions will not start until all individuals have completed the form.
Retail Items
ALL Retail Sales are FINAL. No RETURNS No EXCEPTIONS!
Please Review Prior to coming to Class
- New clients should arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class to complete paperwork.
- Please do not arrive more than 20 minutes prior to your scheduled class.
- Please turn off all cell phones or place in vibrate mode while inside the studio.
- Please wear appropriate fitness attire; absolutely no nudity
- Bring a towel, most classes you will sweat!
- We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged personal property.
- DO NOT wear body oils, lotions or jewelry to pole classes. Make sure your hands and feet are clean.
- Please DO NOT bring any guest to watch during your class this includes children.
- We do not hold spaces without payment in advance.
- No unauthorized photography or videos.
- Do not use any equipment in the studio other than directed by your instructor.
- Do not attempt to instruct other clients for safety and liability reasons.
- Members or guest who appear to be intoxicated will not be allowed to participate and payment will be forfeited.
- Any person being disrespectful to instructors, other members or guest or equipment will be asked to leave and payment will be forfeited.
Your Health and Safety
Your health and safety is important to us, with as much fun as we have with each of our unique programs, we want to be mindful that with some activities you may want to check with your physician before beginning. With any fitness activity, your experience will depend on pre-existing health conditions. Much of what we do includes inversions, or going upside down, and while it is extremely beneficial to the body's internal organs, sometimes it can have negative effects, especially for those with high blood pressure, glaucoma, bone weakness, extreme obesity, or heart disorders. We offer a variety of other fitness programs for you to choose from if you or your doctor prefer an alternative.
Arrival and Departure Times
Please arrive a few minutes prior to your class scheduled start time. You may depart at any time once the class has started, but you cannot makeup the class time should you choose to depart early. New clients should arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class to complete paperwork.
Medical Rollover
- Should you become injured or ill to the extent that participation in class is not advisable by your physician, you may apply for a Medical Rollover of your unused classes toward a future session to be used within one year, provided your class has been paid in full.
- For Medical Rollovers, you must provide a written note from your physician and you must sign out of class no later than 6 hours after such class was scheduled. Failure to notify Oh My You're Gorgeous within 6 hours after missing class will forfeit the possibility of a Medical Rollover. Any request for a Medical Rollover may be granted or denied at Oh My You're Gorgeous sole discretion. A written release from your physician will be required to resume classes.
Safety
Any person who appears intoxicated or otherwise disruptive to the conduct of a class, Private Lesson or Private Party may, at the sole discretion of Oh My You're Gorgeous, be asked not to participate, forfeiting any deposits and payments made by that person for that class, Private Lesson or Private Party.
Women Only
Oh My You're Gorgeous is a private organization whose female clientele seek to celebrate feminine culture in a women-only environment. If you would like to request a male-oriented class experience, please contact the studio via phone or email for pricing and scheduling details.
Waivers, Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure
All students are required to sign waivers, confidentiality and non-disclosure forms at the studio.
